Option One: 45 Days of PHP & IOP Treatment with Supportive Housing

Experience 45 days of highly individualized, evidence-based, trauma-informed treatment with a minimum of 30 days in our Partial Care (Partial Hospitalization) programming 6-days a week, while residing in a fully staffed, certified and supplied Recovery Residence for sober support. Partial treatment will be followed by Intensive Outpatient treatment with additional access to independent sober living for continued support provided by The Milestone House, Inc., a 501-3(c) Non-Profit Recovery Residence Community, separately owned and operated from Excel Treatment Center. This program offers you carefully crafted treatment plans that support individuals and families throughout the entire treatment process.

Option One Total Cash Price: $19,500

Option Two: 30 Days in Intensive Outpatient Treatment, Including Supportive Housing

30 days in Intensive Outpatient Treatment. For at least the first 15 days, patients will attend 3 hours per day of programming for 5 days per week. When ready, patients will step down to 3 hours per day of treatment 3 days a week. Supportive Sober Living will be provided by The Milestone House, Inc., for independent living, and sober community support. Our intensive outpatient programming offers you an immersive experience in treatment designed as an option for those needing flexibility when seeking treatment.

Option Two Total Cash Price: $9,500

In Case of Relapse:

If a patient relapses within 90 days of completing one of the above treatment programs, Excel Treatment Center will cover the treatment cost of a second episode of treatment of up to x days at the clinically-appropriate level of care.

While we successfully treat all addictions, research shows that Excel is particularly effective at treating patients with heroin addiction. In the two years between 7/1/21 & 6/30/23, 19% of our patients said that heroin was their drug of choice. Excel's success rate for these patients was substantially above Vista Research Group's norm for patients in treatment nationally during this period for heroin addiction.
